Can't connect to Sonos or Nest

  1. Sonos or Nest keeps dropping from the network
  2. Users cannot connect to Sonos or Nest via iPhone/iPad
  3. Sporadic connectivity to Sonos or Nest


Often times when users cannot connect to Sonos or Nest while using their iPhone/iPad, we recommend going through all systems and making sure they have the latest software.

It is *highly* recommended that you contact Old Cove.  We will log in and update any necessary software, including network equipment firmware.

Why does this happen?

Companies like Apple + Microsoft are diligent in releasing updates for their machines/technology to remain secure, operable and current.  As a result, companies like Sonos and Nest need to follow-in-line and conform to the latest requirements set by Apple, Microsoft, etc.
